As health coaches, we will listen carefully and help you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you. We will be working with you to create sustainable lifelong change by helping you to incorporate foods into your daily life that are healthy, nutritious and enjoyable.  Improving your eating habits can be as simple as making a few educated changes.

Audrey knows how important the role of exercise is when it comes to health and well-being. She leads an active lifestyle through walking, hiking, yoga, and other fitness activities. Audrey has 25+ years in the health and wellness industry, as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, health coach, and a director of health and wellness for a large YMCA. With this vast amount of experience and knowledge, she recognizes that everyone is different and can lead you towards what works for you. The key is to finding what you love and make it fun.
